The Gristmill Standard We don't make a lot of cigars. We make ours, slowly. Every leaf is selected by hand at our partner farm in the Jalapa valley. We blend small batches, ferment in cedar bales, and rest each cigar a minimum of ninety days in our Pennsylvania humidor before it touches your case. No machine touches the bunch. No additives, no homogenization.
